I always liked hotelery and luxe. When I went a child and maybe even today, I wanted to work in hoteley and have hôtel. That is why this day was fabulous for me.

Approximatly at 11h30 am we went to the water tower eat a fabulou burger at M Burger, But there were many other food like chinese food, italian food or more dietetic food. It was very grate

Moreover we met a guestspeaker who was a chief, she tols us that the networking is very imortant for create a new relationship. Besides, she told us that she had a very strict mentor, it had helped a lot for her because as she is surrounded by different culture it must adapt.

The second part of the say we are to go to the Drake hôtel and we met a fabulous guy his name is Shaun. He said to us that the hôtel was very old that it to date 80 years. In this hôtel there was extraordinary bar because Marilyn Monroe wrote her name on this bar. The ballromm is very gorgeous and it is very big. Shaun told us a story , « the last week, the ballroom was decorated for 80000 $ of flowers » it is amazing.

Thereafter we had the opportunity to meet the Drake french chief and he told us his background and his career, before he was chief in Texas and Miami before to come in Chicago. He prefer chicogo as Miami because in Chicago there are seasons.

Thanks to Valerie Beck, we went to see a wonderful Belgian pastry shop and pastry explain to us tat before to be come in Chicago she went in Nassau at Bahamas. This Bakery makes very good bread, macarons and especially beautiful croissants.

To conclude, this day and two weeks were very extraordianry. With all people whomi was able to meet I hope that I shall have good Professional fallout.
