I saw her besides the fact that we had to see at the lobby at 8 am. After a
short cause in train and few steps in North Clybourn. We met Rich the manager
at Whole Food in a holy atmosphere with several fragrances of good vegetable
and flowers. Firstly we learnt through
this visit what is the genesis of the
company, the mission of the company "Whole foods, Whole people, Whole
planet" which means to help to have a good health thanks to
organic food without being bad for the ecosystem. We learnt especially what are
the methods for the company to respect their mission and so to raise the
networking externally. Actually for showing to their clients this they used to
do many things with the Whole Trade Guarantee which according to Rich it`s a program which helps
customers to shop with conscience while bringing commitment to transparent,
ethical, and responsible sourcing and production to life. Thus the company used
to meet several challenges in the supply chain their goals are to sell organic
product with high quality so they prefer to be provide by farmers in order to
be sure of the origin of their product and they prefer to share this
information to their clients. Always on the line of their mission they used to
avoid to sell products with additives and chemicals but also fish in extinction
with a system of color where the client can know the presence many or not of
their fish. When you come in this store you can see directly the feeling of
community with many place for gather people, I had a strange feeling to be in a
small store of a countryside with genuine product. As for as the internally
networking we know that all employees are very focus on the mission of the
company so that make it easier for them to work with people who share the same
goals. To remind to their employees the company used to organize event for
instance barbecues.
As a big company, interested by the issue of the world
Rich said to us that the company belong to associations for example The Global
animal Partnership which has for goal to improve the welfare of animals in
agriculture. We can also speak about The Whole Planet Foundation which is in
charge to combat poverty and to promote the self-sufficiency in third-world.
Then, after a lunch in the lounge of the Whole Food we
were joined by Michael Moody a personal trainer and additionally an ordained
minister. He explained to us his background but especially how
the networking externally is important in his business. Actually his business
can`t work without a good network; for him each time you have to ask yourself
if your approach is good then show interests to people and make the people
comfortable. All this can be summarize in 3 words: image, approach and
reaction. I think we can consider this man as a mentor because thanks to this
book he can motivate many people that belongs among the things which describe a
mentor.
You will agree to buy this product from this price? Because, i can't buy product at this price. It's impossible. i am sure that i can find similar product with a lower price

ReplyDeleteAccording to Michael Moody, the networking is very important because without it's very complicated to work. I love when you said all of these can be summarize in 3 words : image, approach and reaction. It's a good thinking when you said that Michael Moody can be considering like a mentor.
David you are very even-tempered, calm, peaceful, you learned me one day the boxe and I thing you could be a good mentor. Do you have at this time a mentee?
I think that you have to pay a certain price if you want high quality. Products of high qualitity are more expensive.
